The on premise Robocloud worker was lacking some files it needed, probably because the autoupdate had failed silently, this is something we will fix shortly.
Meanwhile a workaround is to uninstall, ensure the Robocorp App program folder has been removed:
Windows: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Programs\Robocorp App
Macos: /Applications/Robocorp App
The problem should not occut on Linux
And then re-installing the application
