Unable to remotely run Robocorp via RDP using Robocorp Cloud

I have the RPA server environment setup completely till the end as per the steps below. However it didn’t work when trigger the cloud to access the robot job hosted in the virtual machine.

Could you submit an issue to support@robocorp.com with logs from the target machine?
If you login to the target machine with the same user that this is setup on the logs are at:
%localappdata%\robocorp\workforce-agent\logs
If you just zip the whole folder and send it to the support email we get the logs in a secure way to us.
